The Next Steps

  • 1 Browse our premium hire items and add the desired treasures to your wishlist. Our minimum hire order is $150 (plus gst and $100 refundable security bond).
  • 2 Adjust the quantity in your wishlist and fill out the customer event details including if you require delivery or pick-up.
  • 3 Submit your wishlist to us and we’ll email a comprehensive quote within 48hours. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received it, as occasionally our emails end up there. Quotes are valid for 7-days.
  • 4 Once approved, we’ll send an invoice. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your items and available date. No items are held without deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your event.

The Process


After confirming your booking, we’ll be in touch to organise a pick up time on either Thursday or Friday prior to your event.


All items must be returned on the Monday or following day of your event (if a mid-week event). Standard hire time is 4-days.


Final quantities can be adjusted up until 30-days prior to your event.


After returning, the items will be checked and the security bond will be returned within 14-days if no damages or losses have occurred.
