This does happen due to the delicate nature of this item and we cannot guarantee that every runner will be free from this minor wear. We do consistently monitor the quality and suitability of all our products for hire, cleaning and looking after them to the highest of our ability.

NO WAX ALLOWED ON TABLE RUNNERS- This will incur excessive cleaning fees.

ALL CANDLES MUST BE ENCLOSED OR USE LARGE DRIP-TRAYS (see our hire listings for drip trays and shop for clear acrylic drip trays 0.50c)

Linen Hire Process:
1. Use at your event (keep away from wax and sparklers)
2. Airy Dry (if wet), Count & Place into the dirty laundry bag
3. Return to us in the bag for cleaning
