Looking for a combination of coordination and design services from experienced professionals? In our Adventurers package, we’ll be inspired by your story, to create a full styling and design plan tailored to your requirements from start to finish for the ceremony, canape hour and reception.

We handle the stress so you can relax

Then, 2-months prior to your wedding, one of our wedding coordinators will swoop in and takeover all the overwhelming details that come with those last couple months of planning, including final meetings with the venue to discuss floor plans, contact with all suppliers, attending and directing your rehearsal and ensuring your ceremony and reception run to schedule.

This service also includes full set-up, styling and pack down on the day of your event.


The adventure begins with these inclusions…

  • Your own dedicated wedding designer

  • Design workshop (2hr) to get to know you, your story and style

  • 4 x Design meetings (1hr) and unlimited emails (within business hours)

  • 3 x Coordination meetings (from 8-weeks prior)

  • Venue site visit

  • Extensive styling plan

  • Tailored and managed décor budget

  • Creation of floor plans and table layout

  • Sourcing and quoting of the required decor suppliers

  • Suppliers include florals, stationery, tableware, linens, favours, arbour, furniture, lighting, props and cake maker.

  • Communication with all above décor suppliers

  • Timelines and run sheet management

  • Styling and pack down on the day (up to 8 hours with 3 stylists)

  • Coordination 8-weeks prior and on-the-day (up to 10 hours)

  • Attendance at wedding rehearsal with your celebrant

  • Signature client gifts sprinkled along the way

  • Free delivery and return of hire items from our collection

  • 10% off hire items from our collection

  • 4 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
